i've got a problem about a windows xp station : i change this machine from a domain to another, but when the user, wich use this machine, connect on it he lost his parameters and data (cause of the different sid). is there an easy way to make this user keep his parameters and data ? thanks

Hi i've got a server with lenny installed on it with samba 3.2.5. My problem is that the var partition is sometimes full. In fact, if i use df command I watch the partition full, but if I use du command the partition is not full. Hello, I have a file server under Debian Lenny, with a 41TB file system (XFS, 24 x 2TB hard drives on RAID 6 on an Areca card) Reading files with ftp works like a charm and we easily reach the 125 MB/s limit of the GB ethernet card. But when reading files (on the same clients) from a samba share, we get around 60 MB/s. Clients are Windows XP 64 and Seven 64 and show the same performances.
