unanswered questions
Hello,
Since some months I can not get any feedback from you for my questions
in two different account with the same name. I just wonder is there any
specific reason for it? Maybe my english is not so clear or I ask wrong
questions for wrong lists I don't know but in any case I think I should
have been informed.
Sincerely Yours

protocol negotiation failed: NT_STATUS_END_OF_FILE
Hi all,
I have deleted and reinstalled samba 3.4.0 and
then I got a failure at starting samba .I guess that was because of
lacking of smb.conf ( I have deleted it manually and it didn't install
it back)
And I have decided to install samba4 which gave me also the
same failure so I have again installed samba 3.4.0 and I found out an

Quo vadis?
Hi,
In the course of my experiments with rt kernels
it so happens that the gui versions of tuna built
from upstream (RHEL, F11) SRPMs show wrong affinity settings
for IRQ threads.
Where would be a proper place to report this
and get some help on other rt-related issues?
Thanks,
Sasha

How can convert user expired days in human readable ?
Hello all,
On my system, some users have expire day user settings. I write a
(python) script
then parse the: 7.th selection in the master.passwd
blabla:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:1064005200:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx
How can I conver the number like 1064005200 to human readable date format ?
Or, there is a way to collect the information from a command interactively ?

[LLVMdev] llvm-2.6 since October version bump.
Just a quick question. Back in October (26th) after downloading
llvm-2.6.tar.gz, I did a sha1sum of the file and got;
67f4bace9e64cc39255583aa837470d9b9de0aa5
Today I downloaded the same file and got a sha1sum of;
547471147cbf6d3e49539e01196ffada2c79c250
While it might be possible the error is on my end. Was the tarball changed
since its release and the version number not changed?
Thanks

vectorized plotmath expressions via substitute()
hi all - i've seen versions of this question before, but none seem to get
directly at my solving my (probably very simple) issue:
i simply want to annotate the tick marks on an axis with (superscripted)
10^x notation, and tried this:
axis(1, at = axTicks(1), as.expression(substitute(10^foo, list(foo =
axTicks(1))))
thinking the as.expression/substitute would create the appropriate
