When I join them to the domain, a DNS record is successfully created but when a machine get a new/different IP address, DNS record is not updated. We have an external (debian) iscp-dhcp server. I'm completely new to Samba4, so sorry if this question is stupid :)) We probably will setup a Samba4-AD in the near future and it currently came to the question whether Samba4 can also work with a "remote" DNS-server (DNS-server not on Samba4-server).
