I tried to follow these couple of links, also without success: https://medium.com/@mattmatic/compiling-samba-4-on-mac-os-x-high-sierra-24ca6a93a51c and

If you want advice about package choice you need to tell us what packages you have considered and rejected. You would also benefit from searching the CRAN Task Views - possibly the Psychometrics one might help you. If you want someone to send you code, as appears from your mail, you are out

What's the difference between source3 and source4 in samba? How to use an asynchronous file system?
Hi, list,     I recently begin to study samba source code. Now I have some questions to ask. Can you give me some help?     The first question is what the relationship between samba versions(such as 3.x.x , 4.x.x) and samba3/samba4. In samba source code, I find two directories, souce3 and soure4. Do they mean  samba3 and samba4?  Actually, almost all docs in samba are about samba3, where to find

Why smbd (version 4.1.0) uses source3/smbd/server.c not source4/smbd/server.c
Dear everybody, Could anybody told me the reason? Does the code of samba 3 and samba 4 mix together in the master branch. How can I let smbd be compiled from source4/smbd/server.c? Thanks and Have a good weekend Jun The following is what I got from the command line: junyij-2.desktop$ ./smbd [2012/09/28 17:36:18, 0] ../lib/util/debug.c:592(reopen_logs_internal) Unable to open new log file

[PATCH nbdkit] New filter: gzip
Turn the existing nbdkit-gzip-plugin into a filter so it can be applied on top of files or other sources: nbdkit file --filter=gzip file.gz nbdkit curl --filter=gzip https://example.com/disk.gz Because of the nature of the gzip format which is not blocked based and thus not seekable, this filter caches the whole uncompressed file in a hidden temporary file. This is required in order to

[R] Building R-3.2.0 from source.
I am cross-posting this to r-sig-fedora (I hope that's not an egregious sin) in the hope that doing so might provide some source of insight. I tried sudo yum install zlib and was told > Package zlib-1.2.5-7.fc17.x86_64 already installed and latest version Likewise for "zlib-devel". I also tried sudo yum install bzlib and was told > No package bzlib
