Margins on tables
It has long been a nuisance to me not being able to form margins on
multiway tables in a simple fashion, so i wrote margins().
In my opinion it should go into the base package. The code and the
documentation is in:
http://www.biostat.ku.dk/~bxc/R/margins/
Please help yourself, and enhance and rename as you see fit.

Hi,
I tried to migrate qemu domains between same two Freescale PPC platforms.
1) Migrate test domain from Host1(10.193.20.109) to Host2(10.193.20.181).
root at ppc-host1:~# virsh migrate test qemu+tls://10.193.20.181/system
or
root at ppc-host2:~# virsh -c qemu+tls://10.193.20.109/system migrate test qemu:///system
I waited for a while and finally got error message as below:

make sortable divs and innerHTML
My problem is that elements that were included in my site with
innerHTML can´t be sortable because the DOM doesn´t know that these
elements are there.
Has anybody a solution or an idea to this problem?

Converting a list to a data frame
I suspect this is pretty easy, but I'm having trouble figuring it out.
Basically, I have a list of data frames such as the following example:
list(A=data.frame(x=1:2, y=3:4),B=data.frame(x=5:6,y=7:8))
I would like to turn this into data frame where the list elements are
essentially rbind'ed together and the element name becomes a new
variable. For example, I would like to turn the

Help! Uidlist files are gone and won't come back; imap keeps coredumping!
Folks -
Some time ago as I migrated to dovecot 1.0, I ran into all sorts of problems with file locks, and I tried various solutions. Apparently, in the process, I got a bit careless and removed all my dovecot-uidlist files. They're gone.
My understanding, however, is that they should come back, but this doesn't happen.
I've been forced to run with index=MEMORY in 1.0 for

extracting one element from all list elements
Hi
I have a list which cosists out of dataframes of the same structure. Now I
want to extract one column (let's say column "A") from all dataframes and
have them in a matrix (or dataframe).
At the moment I am doiong:
d <- data.frame(A=runif(100), B=rnorm(100))
theList <- list(e1=d, e2=d, e3=d, e4=d)
f <- sapply(theList, function(l){l$A} )
But I am sure ther is a more
