Specifying sub-filters
Hello everyone.
I have been looking at the filtering on Mapstraction and realized that it does not allow for sub-filters.
I have modified the applyFilter function to accommodate sub filters.
for example if I wanted to filter all houses that are blue and green and also all warehouses irrespective of color
now I can use
map.addFilter(''Type'', ''eq'', { pFilter:

averaging two matrices whilst ignoring missing values
Hi folks,
I'm trying to do something that seems like it should easy, but it apparently isn't. I have two large matrices, both containing a number of missing values at different cells. I would like to average these matrices, but the NAs are preventing me. I get a "non-numeric argument to binary operator" error. That's the first problem.

Interdomain Trust and Logging In
I'm having problems getting Interdomain trusts set up. Both servers are
running samba-3.0.10-1.4E.9 (one RHEL 4, the other CentOS 4). The two
domains are SOCIALWORK and MATH, servers swserver and bing respectively.
On bing, I created a socialwork$ account with the -i option to smbpasswd.
On swserver, I created a math$ account with the -i option to smbpasswd.
The trust relationships seem to

BING! BING! BING! We have a winner! Thanks for that info, it makes
the USB stick bootable. This will make kickstart installations so much
easier, especially for systems that don?t have a CD-ROM (we used to

Need some guidance re: two domains sharing the same workstations
I fought with this a few months back, and was never able to resolve it, so
I'm back at it trying to get things to work before classes start again in
January. Here's a brief summary of the situation:
I am responsible for 2 departments, Math and Socialwork, which are located
in the same building and share the same network. Each department has its own

First attempt file access denied subsequent file accesses granted
Hi List,
We?re running
3.0.28.el4.9 on CentOS 4.7 in a production environment with one minor annoyance.
This is a very inconsistent behavior ,frequent enough top be annoying ,yet
unpredictable enough to warrant this email.
Our Samba server is serving up a wide variety of files but in this
instance in particular are Visual Fox Pro tables (*.dbf).

allShortestPath function in e1071 package
Hi All,
I am using the allShortestPath function based on Floyd's algorithm in e1071
package. It runs great when I have less than 5000 nodes. But when I tried to
work on more than 5000 nodes, I ran into memory problem. The problem I really
want to solve has 10000-15000 nodes.
Does anybody know how to deal with this problem? Are there any other packages
in R that can handle this problem?

Guys, that was very interesting and useful stuff you preached there. Mind
if I make a patch to the FAQ and include it somewhere?

manage Call forward on no answer
manage unconditionnal call forward
call back missed calls
and a lot of such services that can be both configured by menus and dtmf or by web interfaces (PHP+SQL), in fact i recreated
