Hello Nick, I do not think it is possible to just copy files like this from one to the other samba. You can do the copy job with rsync or scp. I made a samba PDC and BDC with ldap master ldap slave. In /varcache/samba/ I have several .tdb files. Like brlock.tdb, locking.tdb, ntdrivers.tdb, etc. Excusing my ignorance, what are these files, and what do they do? And why must they be copied when migrating from one samba server to a new one?
