Hi, I'm using Samba (currently samba-3.0.10-1.fc3) in an intranet environment under Fedora Core 3. I learned that I have to upgrade to Samba 3.3.4 or higher in order to join new Windows 7 clients to the domain. Hints to binaries for this setting would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Jo

I just installed Win 7 RTM (Release to Manufacturing), not RC nor Beta. After searching the archives I modified the required registry settings listed in other emails. I upgraded my Samba from the stock Centos 5.3 version to 3.3.7. Joining the domain worked, but I was unable to log in. Hi, I just upgraded from 3.0.32 to 3.3.4 on Aix 6.1, and noticed that a 'net view' command from a windows xp workstation fails with a system error 1745.
