Hi We are facing an issue with Samba3.0.25b. Some pdf files are not getting deleted from Samba fileshare. The sequence to reproduce this bug is as follows. Copy 150 PDF files in a shared folder. We are trying to connect from this linux machine to a Windows ADS running on a separate Windows 2003 system (WINADS machine). 3. I have configured Samba + Winbind + AD. Currently my windows domain consists of 2 servers and all the samba settings I have it on one of them. How I can do so if one server fails windows, work with other Windows server? I have only to add to server2 to the password server option in my smb.conf? hello everybody, Anybody ever compile rsync under "ncr mp ras svr4" unix system? I'm having some problem to run it. I compiled everything as in README file. when i tried run the rsync binary i received this error: ksh: rsync: not found unexpected EOF in read_timeout i even use full path to rsync and yer still get the same error.
