Hello, We use LDAP to store our Maildir++ quota information for our Maildir mailboxes. I notice in the documentation that only SQL and flat files are supported by the dictionary quota if I want to use quota with mdbox? Are there any plans to allow LDAP to be used as the store? I have set up Samba so that all users on my small network can read from my one of my Linux shares as well as write to that share. However, when user A saves a file to that share, user B can't open it -- and vice versa. I am trying to compile the small Samba 3.0.2a source on Solaris 9 to use ldap. The ./configure run reports: "WARNING: libldap is needed for LDAP support". The Solaris installation has it's native libldap installed in /usr/lib, but the configuration does not seem to find it. Would anyone know what I am missing? Hi, I am using Samba 1.9.18. The server is running on Solaris 2.5.1 and the client is on Win NT 4.0 I am annoyed by the Control-M characters appearing in text files when the files are edited on Windows editors and viewed in vi on Sun machine. I had to manually remove the Control-M characters. Is there a way to eliminate the Control M characters ? Thanks Krishna
