Unix permissions for the share files are rw for everyone, and the share directory has wide-open permissions. Samba version is 3.0.20b-3.4-SUSE.

Hello, if i set my samba-server as wins-server in the XP wokstation, the workstation can't find the samba DC for domainlogon. The DC and the Wins are on the same system. Without the wins-settings on the XP-box, domainlogons are possible. This problem is not with a NT 4.0-workstation. (no one has a computer for his own, so I'm using domainlogons and roamingprofiles) To map my (windows) users with unix accounts, I use a large (!) username map file. I have a Samba 3.0.1 where I have 2 printers connected. A Canon LBP4+ and a HP OfficeJet G85.
