OpenBSM questions
Hello I have some issues with OpenBSM which i cannot resolve, so i decided to ask there. 1) I found some bugs in the auditreduce utility and created patch for it - http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=114534. Please, someone from freebsd team - take it, i think its better to fix this before next release. 2) I found that when i`m using XDM as login manager with OpenBSM, all my audit

linking non-neighboring networks together?
I am trying to determine the best way to link different private networks together, similar to the branch office example given online. However, in my case, the private networks are split up. For example, I would like to connect subnets such as: 10.30.0.0/16 172.23.0.0/16 10.90.50.0/24 192.168.3.0/24 How does this affect my tinc-up files? What subnet mask do I give the tinc interface? Can this

[LLVMdev] Improving the usability of LNT
Hi Daniel, I made some changes to the LNT perf reporting tool to make it more user friendly by adding some features: 1. Make the sidebar and the navigation bar stationary, so that it is easy to navigate the site 2. Have the pop-down menu for the items in the navigation bar, activate upon hovering the mouse, rather than clicking the item 3. Add a nav-link in the sidebar for the

REG_SEQUENCE use question
Hi all, Can someone please explain me how to use REG_SEQUENCE in tablegen? The arch i'm writing backend for has 32-bit regs, and it has a couple of 64-bit load/store instructions which use two neighboring regs at once, which i'm trying to employ using virtual regs with subs. For example, it I want to move one 64-bit virtual reg to another, I'm trying to use the following pattern:

removing loops from code in making data.frame
Dear all, I am working on an author network and to do so I have to arrange a data.frame (tutu) crossing author names (rows) per publication number (column). The participation of the author to a study is indicated by a 1 and 0 otherwise. I have a vector (xaulist) of all the names of authors and a data.frame (tata) with all the publications in row and the authors in columns. I have writen a loop

Hello all, since some weeks I try to get the following configuration working Windows 2003 AD (no R2!!) with SFU 3.5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga) with Samba (samba-3.0.33-3.14.el5) nss_ldap (nss_ldap-253-21.el5) So I wanted to implement the following setup: http://us5.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/idmapper.html#id2607783 The main reason using this

simple-rss caching
The index page of my rails app grabs an rss feed from a neighboring news site. Unfortunately, the process of grabbing that feed seems to be slowing down the initial load time of my site to the point where it takes about 10-12 seconds to respond and render. I''d like to speed that up somehow (for 8-10 seconds it looks like my server is not responding at all..) Any suggestions? I

Possible bug in psy.c
Hi all, I'm quite new to Vorbis, so please excuse me if I'm writing complete nonsense (and, if possible, tell me where I'm wrong). While searching for optimization possibilities in lib/psy.c, I found the following piece of code in _vp_compute_mask(): if(p->vi->smoothp){ /* compute power^.5 of three neighboring bins to smooth for peaks that get split twixt

Can I create an European map using the map function in R
Hi, I am trying to create a spatial weight matrix based on the neighboring relationship among Europan countries. Can I use the map function in R to generate a European map and then use this map to build the w weight matrix? So far, I cannot create a map for Finland using the map function. Also, I am not very sure about the steps in importing external map data and use that information to

[LLVMdev] Convert fdiv - X/Y -> X*1/Y
I remember why I didn't implement this rule in Instcombine. It add one instruction. So, this xform should be driven by a redundancy eliminator if you care code size. Support & Consultants
We are preparing to build a new Web site and the potential consultant we may be hiring has strongly recommended that we don''t go with our initial planning with asp.net but go with Ruby on Rails. We are not familiar with Ruby but understand their is a strong on-going interest with its development and use. Our concern is that if we need consulting services in the future, are their local

[LLVMdev] Convert fdiv - X/Y -> X*1/Y
I did few transformation in Instruction *InstCombiner::visitFDiv() in an attempt to remove some divs. I may miss this case. If you need to implement this rule, it is better done in Instcombine than in DAG combine. Doing such xform early expose the redundancy of 1/y, which have positive impact to neighboring code, while DAG combine is bit blind. You should be very careful, reciprocal is very

Simple clustering help
Hi all, I have just begun to use R and am hoping to receive some advice about the problem I need to solve. I have a file containing xy points that I need to find all significant clusters and write each of their xy coordinates to file(total points ~ 75000 and sig. cluster = 2500 points. I want to use a euclidean distance threshold to determine if a point belongs to a cluster. My initial

PBQP register allocation and copy propagation
Hi, > > I think one idea to improve the situation is to consider the cost vector of adjacent nodes during RN. Let's say you decided to do a RN for node A and want to compute the costs for choosing register %Ri. The current implementation does this by computing min(row/column i of edge A <--> B) but you can do better by adding B's cost vector to the row/column before computing

HTB dropping packets while tokens available?
Hi again, I just ran into a seriously strange glitch, and was wondering if anybody had experienced this... I have an HTB class with an iptables classifier. The iptables classifier shows packets hitting the rule for this class. Now, HTB drops these packets (''dropped'' increases), even although the packets are small, and there are over 10000 tokens available. Is there any
