I will install cyrus-sasl and see how it goes. Anyway, it would be nice to have same features (authentication agains imap) in dovecot. large packet support in netfront driver and guest network throughput
Hi All, I am sure this has been answered somewhere in the list in the past, but I can''t find it. I was wondering if the linux guest netfront driver has GRO support in it. tcpdump shows packets coming in with 1500 bytes, although the eth0 in dom0 and the vif corresponding to the linux guest in dom0 is showing that they receive large packet: In dom0: eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr

Failure gpupdate
Yes, I performed tests on both DC's. 2 DC's working normally. The sysvolreset works in both DC's after I disabled full_audit. The gpupdate / force works perfectly. And also through the RSAT, I do not get more permission error when I edit any GPO. If this is a bug, who can inform / report? What I find strange in DC's, is when I view the sysvol permissions. The DC2 appears the

[R-SIG-Mac] rnorm.halton
Hi all, I need to transform classic 32bit Fortran code to 64bit Fortran code, see the discussion [R-SIG-Mac] rnorm.halton. But I'm clearly a beginner in Fortran... Does someone already do this for his package? From here, http://techpubs.sgi.com/library/tpl/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?coll=linux&db=bks&fname=/SGI_Developer/Porting_Guide/ch03.html , I identify the following changes

Helps!!!!! Rails database connection guru needed!!!!!!!
Hi, I really need help to understand what is happening while Rails connect to a database, (we area actually using postgresql, so my example will be with postgresql) What I understand is Rails is able to connect to different DB. Actually, this is what we want, and we have made some tests, everything is juste fine. However, all these tests lead us to some important questions that we did find the

using barchart in lattice package and conditioning
I have the data structure below and I'm attempting to send it into barchart using the R code below it. I don't get an error but I don't get any output either. Deepyan's new Lattice book is amazing and there are some examples sort of similar to what i'm doing but I couldn't see a way of using the formula interface to condition on what I wanted to condition on so I

still about winbind idmap customization
Hi, i've read the thread about idmap customization, i'm planning an integration between windows AD and MIT kerberos, and i was very interested on the subject. Now we are authenticating windows AD user against mit kerberos realm with a cross-domain trust, and with windows client everythings works. Ie. Authentication is done with kerberos mit and authorization is done with windows AD.

Simple File I/O benchmark tool for NT clients
Hi, I need a simple tool for benchmarking my NT client against my Ubuntu Samba server. I get 20MB/s during a file copy but I think my limit is the client's hard disk. Dose anyone know a simple exe tool which simulate file I/O agains the Samba server. I like to avoid using my lokal disk during the test. Have looked around but can't find a simpe tool which dose the job without the need of

predict.lm with new regressor names
Hi all, Suppose: y<-rnorm(100) x1<-rnorm(100) lm.yx<-lm(y~x1) To predict from a new data source, one can use: # works as expected dum<-data.frame(x1=rnorm(200)) predict(lm.yx, newdata=dum) Suppose lm.yx has been run and we have the lm object. And we have a dataframe that has columns that don't correspond by name to the original regressors. I very! naively assumed that doing

predict.naiveBayes() bug in e1071 package
Hi, I'm currently using the R package e1071 to train naive bayes classifiers and came across a bug: When the posterior probabilities of all classes are small, the result from the predict.naiveBayes function become NaNs. This is an issue with the treatment of the log-transformed probabilities inside the predict.naiveBayes function. Here is an example to demonstrate the problem (you might need

Mann-Whitney by group
Hello, I'm having some issues grouping cases for some Mann-Whitney U tests I'm attempting to run. I'm willing to use wilcox.test if it'll work; I've also tried wilcox_test() from the "coin" package. Here's the deal: for each column (A through H), I would like to run the two-sample independent test, comparing Group 5 (CD8.14 through CD8.17) to Group 6 (CD8.18
