Dovecot as proxy for M$ Exchange mailboxes
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi list,
is there a way to use dovecot as proxy for m$ exchange mailboxes?
Currently, our clients not only can login to their mailboxes with
their e-mail address but also with their accountid.
Both the clients e-mail address and accountid are stored in ldap.
Now I need a way to let dovecot rewriting the client's accountid to

dovecot 1.2 link error
Hello list,
I need/want to build imaptest -- and I can only build it against at least

dovecot 1.2 actually builds just fine but at the end I get the following

password reset on NT
Hello,
I'd like to do the following:
We have a NT domain, built as usually (PDC, BDC).
Now we want to set passwords of normal NT user accounts -
but from outside the windows world. Esp. we need a
client on Unix (e.g. Solaris) which is able to set / reset
NT passwords.
This means: The NT administrator (or someone with
administrative privileges in the NT domain) wants to set the
NT password

characterizing I/O on a per zvol basis.
Hey all -
Time for my silly question of the day, and before I bust out vi and
dtrace...
If there a simple, existing way I can observe the read / write / IOPS on
a per-zvol basis?
If not, is there interest in having one?
Cheers!
Nathan.

[LLVMdev] changing register classes on a per function basis
Current ISelDagToDag is created once per module.
The TargetLowering class is allocated there and register classes are
added and the computeRegisterProperties is called.
In order to switch back and forth between mips16 and mips32, I need to
be able to reset what is done during computerRegisterProperties.
Has anyone else looked into this for another port?
Ideas?
Mips16 is an instruction

[LLVMdev] changing passes and changing subtargets on a per function basis
I'm implementing this capability to allow switching between mips32 and
mips16 code generation on a per function basis (should be useful for arm
to thumb switching too).
The problem is that while various things are done on a per function
basis, there are two passes registered on a per module basis (target
lowering and instruction selection).
With the new attribute scheme, we can wake up

Play volume/speed adjustment on the per call basis
Hi,
It is important for some applications (voicemail and the like) to control
play volume and speed if instructed by the caller. The question is: how to
do it the right way with asterisk.
As far as volume - adding txgain and rxgain to the call structure[s]
and setting gains from there (instead of taking global values from config
files)
looks like an OK solution.
As far as speed - the easy way

Grandstream Ringtones on a per phone basis
I have just successfully got the TFTP file remapping to work such that I
can have unique ringtone files for each and every extension. I added the
following to my server_args line in the xinetd configuration for TFTP:
-m /home/asterisk/grandstream/ringmap.cfg
Now the entire line reads:
server_args = -v -s /home/asterisk/grandstream -u asterisk -m
/home/asterisk/grandstream/ringmap.cfg

Generating a different countries ringtone on a per call basis
We can use the Dial() command with the 'r' option in order to generate
the UK ringtone (as we are UK based the default is UK).
How do we generate a USA ringtone for example?
I have tried setting the CHANNEL(language) and CHANNEL(tonezone) to 'us'
(and calling Progress() beforehand) and although this works for
Playtones() the Dial command still continues to play the UK ringtone.

Overriding global voicemail options on a per-mailbox basis
All;
I'm currently using Asterisk 1.8 and I want to be able to have each user
be able to set as many of the voicemail options as possible. The
documentation calls voicemail options that can be overridden on a
per-mailbox basis "advanced options". However, I've read conflicting
information as to which options in the section [general] can be overridden.

[PATCH 1/2] drm/nouveau: Disable atomic support on a per-device basis
Hm, one nitpick here. Since /sys/kernel/debug/dri/*/state creation depends on
the driver supporting atomic, maybe it would be good to make it so that we set
DRIVER_ATOMIC in the driver_stub structure, then disable it per-device depending
on the nouveau_atomic setting + hw support. That way we can always have the
state debugfs file while maintaining nouveau's current behavior with exposing

mail_max_userip_connections on a per user basis
Hello,
Can the above setting be applied on a per user account basis?
I thought that maybe something like per account quotas might be a possible method but not sure.
Thanks.
