Hi guys, can anyone suggest why, when I connect to my rsync server, I'm not prompted for a username and password but instead I'm only prompted for a password? I have "auth users = username" set in /etc/rsyncd.conf and a corresponding entry in /etc/rsyncd.secrets but still rsync only asks for a password. Dear developers, The HPUX 10.20 trusted system hack doesn't work yet as intended. I have adapted the auth-passwd.c file to make it work. Please find a context diff file attached to this file. Hi, I am facing a problem in migrating to SFTP from FTP for an unix based application. I have got 2 m/c, SRC (Source) m/c and TRG (Target) m/c. For SFTP connectivity, I created a Public-Key (ssh-keygen -t dsa) in src_usr1(user-id) at SRC m/c .
