So I was having problems getting a machine to join to a samba PDC running on Solaris 9 using the bundled LDAP server. Ill skip all my previous troubleshooting steps here (Ive tried just about anything and everything). I've upgrade to Samba 3.0.4 a System wich it's running SLES 8. The System is working with LDAP and smbldap-tools 0.8.4 for managing users and groups.
