I use samba 2.2.2 with linux mdk 8.1.
my clients machines run under win2k, everything is ok but sometimes when

page fault when running CCSC compiler - wine 0.9
I tried to run the CCSC PICC compiler (a C compiler for Microchip's PIC
micro controllers) with wine 0.9.
The compiler doesn't even start; wine drops into the debugger with a
"page fault" exception.
What can I do in order to run the program?
Here is the debugger output:
wine: Unhandled exception (thread 0009), starting debugger...

%G
I use samba 2.2.2 and linux MDK8.1.
I would like to use multiple configuration file (smb.conf) depending on
the group of the user connected.
so i use the include directive like this:
include = /etc/smb.conf.%G
but samba don't know %G (log file says that)
but with the previous version of samba it worked.
I've tried with other parameters, %a for the client OS, %U for the user
and it works.

roaming Profiles
Hi all
I've updated a server from samba 2.2.8 to 3.0.20 .
and i've got some problems with roaming profiles on Win2k clients
workstations .
On WinXp clients everything works fine but on win2k clients the client
says that it cannot load roaming profiles.
I've disconnected and re-joined the machine to the domain , and if fails
again:
logon path = \\%L\Profiles\%u
