Hi, I am trying to get faster search results on our webmail client(Roundcube). Besides using Lucene for FTS are there other options? Would having all mails indexed give fast results? Currently the time it takes to search 25,000mails is 4mins. If indexed how much faster are we looking at? Really appreciate if someone could advise about this. Thanks Kevin

Below are two logs log98.txt and log2000.txt that show full debug info. I might just have a stupid configuration or installation mistakes. Rowland, Thank you for all your help, I agree that this is not a Samba issue. Given rhat it works without the firewall. It' either a ufw or Windows 8.1 issue. Louis, Applied the rules you suggested to ufw exactly as written. No change. Still cannot connect with firewall enabled. Same error mesage as before "Cannot mount location ...". ufw log set to medium and copied below.
