Hello, I run a Windows domain based on Samba 3 and I am searching for a way to distribute/deploy software to clients. I.e., a user logging on to a client, software should be automatically installed or upgraded. Is there any common solution? I heard of MSI packages, but I don't know if it is necessary to create MSI packages of all installations... Thanks Florian

Does the domain administrator SID always end with -1000? I.e., if the SID for the domain is: S-1-2-33-4444444444-555555555-6666666666 does this mean that the domain administrator's SID would be: S-1-2-33-4444444444-555555555-6666666666-1000 ? Hello all, I am running Samba 3.0.9 with CUPS 1.1.17. When my windows user try to pause print jobs it does not work and gives them an error "Error Processing Command" in Windows.
