Hi. I have some trouble with my samba domain controller. Every time I try to logout my windows workstation, I get an error that the share is no longer availible. I estimate that this happens around the time when windows tries to copy my user profile back to the server. (because when I change profile type to local the error no longer occurs) on the samba side the following error is logged.

Hello, I am running a SuSE SLES9 Server with samba-3.0.14a, this server is acting only as a printserver. Printing is running well, but after a day I have a lot of IPC$ Sessions, does this share have a important function? I there a timeout for this sessions available? This IPC$-Sessions alway asking my cups-server and it took a high amount of cpu-load. Any help is welcome! regards Franz

I have never been able to get cups to work properly since CentOS 4.x (and am now on 5.2). When I try to "service start cups", cupsd immediately starts taking 100% of the cpu. Attaching strace to it shows no system calls happening. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling cups to get fresh config files. My printers.conf is empty. List, I have been trying to install Diablo 2 using wine with the latest stable. I read the tutorials on it and it seems that I need a file from gamecopyworld.com.
