Hello, I have an old crossword program that runs OK on Win98, WinMe, and XP. I have installed, via yum, wine and wine-devel and the associated dependencies on my Fedora 8 system. I have copied all the files from the program's install floppy to a directory in my home folder, the same as installing it on XP. However, when the program tries to access the word files it fails and says to see

I may be able to help on this one...we were having a similar problem and just last week cured it. (I hope!) I had to do two things: 1). On the clients having this problem, edit this registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\NetCache\GoOff lineOnSlowLink". Hi, had samba 2.1.?? version and Win2k running for some time and offline folders worked just fine. But recently I installed SP2 on Win2k and did a samba upgrade to 2.2.3 and now the offline folders do not work any more. Everything is fine until I go offline, */CSC/ contains my offline files and everything seems fine, but when being offline I always get access denied messages when accessing
