If I enable wins support = yes & I start smbd it starts smb & nmb. When I restart the service it says that there is no nmb service at 10045 running. When I do a ps -aux, you can still see the service running. They will keep building up until I manually delete them. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am trying to compile the small Samba 3.0.2a source on Solaris 9 to use ldap. The ./configure run reports: "WARNING: libldap is needed for LDAP support".
