You're kinda confusing things there. A single physical network could span multiple IP networks, and a single IP network doesn't have to be restricted to one physical network. Do you mean that you want to use a single server to serve to two separate workgroups both of which are using the same physical hardware and IP network? Okay, here is the set up. I have Outlook set up to keep mail on the server for 5 days. At some point I started downloading all my mail that was on the server over and over again, even though I already have the mail. The weird thing is that it did not download all the mail, just a few.
