NT4 and Password Authentication on every Login
Hello everybody, is ist possible to make NT4 not to ask for a password for every connection again on startup ? NT4 does not remember the passwords when connection to the samba server, bit it does for the shares from a NT4 server. hi all, as I wrote yesterday I've set up a samba3.0.3 as pdc for my w2k-domain with ldapsam-backend (cyrus-sasl, heimdal) on suse9.0. everything worked fine. but yesterday the /dev/sda1 (/homes; xfs file system) crashed, when I created a new user with smbldap-useradd. win2k login to samba 3.03/4 PDC problem
I am having a problem getting a user to login to a win2k box that was successfully added to the samba3.0.3/4 domain. Originally I had a problem with adding the machines but I modified the smbldap_conf.pm add machine function to add the machine to the local passwd file as well as ldap and it was fine. This does seem strange to me though because I can't figure out why it would need to be added

Photoshop "Disk Full" error, a linux filesystem NOT Samba issue
