[PATCH] 02-
- Use MAC16_16 macros instead of (sum += a*b) and unroll a loop by 2. It increase performance when using optimized macros (ex: ARMv5E). A possible side effect of loop unroll is that i don't check for odd length here. - Add NEON version of FIR filter and autocorr -- Aur?lien Zanelli Parrot SA 174, quai de Jemmapes 75010 Paris France -------------- next part -------------- diff --git

[PATCH] 02-Add CELT filter optimizations
Please ignore my previous mail and patch, there is a new version :). Patch changes are: - Use MAC16_16 macros instead of (sum += a*b) and unroll a loop by 2. It increase performance when using optimized macros (ex: ARMv5E). A possible side effect of loop unroll is that i don't check for odd length here. - Add NEON version of FIR filter and autocorr - Add a section in autoconf in order to

Standardized residual variances in SEM
Hello, I'm using the "sem" package to do a confirmatory factor analysis on data collected with a questionnaire. In the model, there is a unique factor G and 23 items. I would like to calculate the standardized residual variance of the observed variables. "Sem" only gives the residual variance with the "summary" function, or the standardized loadings with the

ABX at q8
Hello! First of all, 100x thanks to Monty and colleagues: you have done an excellent job! I just didn't believe my ears when I first tested Oggenc 1.0 at q0 to q1 - it sounds AMAZINGLY GOOD !!! But as HDD drives are getting larger and cheaper, most of us move toward higher quality settings ......... I use q8, because: - I was able to ABX some test samples up to q4.99 - at q8 Ogg is still

Function for deleting variables with >=50% missing obs from a data frame
Hello R users! I have several data frames where some of the variables have many missing observations. For example, Q1 in one of my data frames has over 66% of its observations missing. I have tried imputation with mice but it does not work for all the data frames and I get the following message or a similar message to this: iter imp variable 1 1 Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Q5 Q6 Q7 Q8 Q9 Q10 Q11

Nine questions about methods and generics
I have a series of question about methods and generics. The questions are interspersed in some text which explains what I want to do, how it works now and why I do not understand well why it works. Questions are written Q1 and so on up to Q9 and always start a new line. The concrete problem is this: it has become customary after a meta-analysis to quote various statistics to give a picture of the

Operating on count lists of non-equal lengths
This is my first post to R-help and I look forward receiving some advice for a novice like me... I?ve got a simple repeated (4 periods so far) 10-question survey data that is very easy to work on Excel. However, I?d like to move the compilation to R but I?m having some trouble operating on count list data in a neat way. The data C > str(C) 'data.frame': 551 obs. of 13

Theora file size
Hi I was surprised with size of Theora files and thought of feedback. Following 1minute duration Theora and Xvid files were made from a y4m file. The resolution is 1280x720: 1. Xvid 17MB 2. Ogg/Theora Q7 31MB 3. Ogg/Theora Q8 38MB 4. Ogg/Theora Q9 49MB 5. Ogg/Theora Q10 61MB The Xvid file was made using mencoder by 2 passes with following options:

[LLVMdev] NEON intrinsics preventing redundant load optimization?
Hi all, I’m not sure if this is the right list, so apologies if not. Doing some profiling I noticed some of my hand-tuned matrix multiply code with NEON intrinsics was much slower through a C++ template wrapper vs calling the intrinsics function directly. It turned out clang/LLVM was unable to eliminate a temporary even though the case seemed quite straightforward. Unfortunately any loads

Hi, Compiling attached test-case, which is reduced version of of uECC_shared_secret from tinycrypt library [1], with --target=arm-linux-gnueabi -march=armv6-m -Oz -S results in reloading of register holding function's address before every call to blx: ldr r3, .LCPI0_0 blx r3 mov r0, r6 mov r1, r5 mov r2, r4 ldr r3,

[LLVMdev] RE : Vector argument passing abi for ARM ?
Hi Duncan, I also thought it was a bug, especially since it worked with LLVM 3.0, but since it is not defined by ABI, I was not sure if I need to submit it as a BUG. I wanted to be sure that it is an actual BUG before submitting it and got the not-a-bug answer. Here is a small example to reproduce the problem I'm experiencing: ; ModuleID = 'bugparam.ll' target datalayout =

[ARM] Register pressure with -mthumb forces register reload before each call
Hi, I have attached WIP patch for adding foldMemoryOperand to Thumb1InstrInfo. For the following case: void f(int x, int y, int z) { void bar(int, int, int); bar(x, y, z); bar(x, z, y); bar(y, x, z); bar(y, y, x); } it calls foldMemoryOperand twice, and thus converts two calls from blx to bl. callMI->dump() shows the function name "bar" correctly, however in generated
