Problem with a if statement inside a function
I have a really long functions, and at the end of the function, I am using a if statement to tag certain keywords based on whether they have certain values contained in them. However, the if statement doesn't seem to work. When I had split up the commands into various functions, it worked fine, but I'm not sure what going on now that it's combined into a single function. myfunc

IP-PSTN / PSTN-IP Gateway Service Providers
We manage our own VOIP solution using Asterisk. Has anyone had success with an IP-PSTN provider? I'm looking for someone to terminate SIP calls to the PSTN in the Seattle, Washington area. (vice-versa as well if possible) Yes, I could do it myself via asterisk and digium cards but I would like to consider other options. Any opinions? Thanks, Chad -------------- next part

1800 Provider
Hi list, I'm interested in receiving incoming call to my Asterisk PBX thru an 1800 number. Anybody knows a provider with best minute rate? I heard that that Nufone can provide this service for around 3cents/min for calls made within 48 continental states. Any provider that can give better rate, even with additional limitation such as much few states that a call can originate? How do

Please check the Speex email server for W32.Netsky
> I have been receiving the W32.Netsky virus from the speex email server. > Just giving you a heads up. Our mail server is running Linux, so unless Monty spent two hours to get it to run under Wine, I think you should look elsewhere for the origin ;) Jean-Marc --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ Ogg project homepage: http://www.xiph.org/ogg/ To unsubscribe

[asterisk-dev] Astricon 2008 updates: keynotes, content, contests
Astricon is only 54 days away! If you're not booked, please take a moment to register for the conference, get your hotel room, and get your plane tickets before things fill up and/or get expensive. This is a great opportunity to meet other developers, users, and members of the Asterisk ecosystem, and I encourage everyone to attend. While there are great things to be said about the

computing differences between consecutive vector elements
Dear R-users, I am a newbie to R so please excuse this naive question for which I couldn't seem to find online answers. I have this data frame containing a series of locations through time (x,y,z,t). I would like to compute the difference in x, y and z between t-1 and t. Sounds easy enough, but how on earth does one loop through vector elements and compute this difference? Thanks Thomas

Network printing HP 843C over Samba
Hay all. I've been setting up a linux gateway with an ADSL connection and three windows boxes in a home network. Everything has gone smoothly with Red Hat 9 and data transfer rates have risen due to having a linux gateway instead of an Windows XP gateway. However, I've had horrible problems setting up network printing. I've got Samba set up and that is working fine with various

using Rterm under cygwin, no possiblity to delete characters
Dear R-users, When I call Rterm from cygwin, I have no options but typing the exact syntax the first time. If I happen to hit the "delete" key (backspace), R dies when I press enter saying : Error: ... (error concerning the function on the last line of text) Execution halted Perhaps some of you have experienced this and found work arounds? One has to be pretty good to type without

Timeout question
Hi. I've got 2 Fedora Linux (a Master and a Slave) with RSYNC-2.5.7. I need to keep Master synchronized every 5 minutes (mounting a remote directory with NFS on Slave). It runs correctly. To simulate a problem, I try to disconnect the lan cable. From the shell of Slave: rsync -a -v --timeout=10 --delete /mnt/master/ /local/slave I expect that the process will end after 10 seconds, but
