Centos 6.5 Unable to start wireless
Made a minimal install, then added Gnome, etc, etc, now I have a full
running system but:
on the laptop I have a Broadcom BMC4311 that is not seen from system
even if driver seems (b43) to be loaded
If I connect an USB dongle with RLT8187 (high power dongle) I see also
Broadcom BCM 4311 (high power dongle is working on another system):I
guess tha USB port power is too low to make dongle work

Where's My CD/DVD?
Afraid I'm new enough at this I'm still in the learning curve.
I re-booted into a previous kernel version and now the CD/DVD is on the
list (under computer) but properties reveal "unknown" for every area.
Seems strange because it knew all about the Asus drive when I first
installed the system.
So, if you don't mind, I'm ready to learn something else; how to
manually

I'm using some kind of pseudo printer on our samba server to automatically

successfully conteced to an ADS):

netbios name = pc103.ads.local
realm = ADS.LOCAL
security = ADS
password server = win2ksrv.ads.local
log level = 2

1.0alpha2: two asserts/cores
Hi,
Two cores over the weekend, same assert message in syslog:
imap(user): file message-body-search.c: line 393
(message_body_search_ctx): assertion failed: (input->v_offset <=
part->physical_pos)
Setup: Solaris 9, imap usage only, mbox format, dovecot compiled
with gcc 4.0.1.
gdb sessions of the two core files attached. Let me know if you
need further analysis of the cores.

[Fwd: Samba print]
I have a notebook with Windows Xp. This PC works connected both to my
office network and my home network.
At work I can print from this PC to any printer on the network, in
particular on a Epson 810 that is connected to a Linux box with RedHat 8.0
At home I have a Epson C70 connected to a Linux box with RedHat 9, but I
can't print on the Linux printer
I copied the smb.conf file from
