How to accept All incomings calls from One Special Host (like a proxy)
Hi,
I 've a proxy on my network where some calls are routed to ....
And as well some extensions on my Asterisk Server.
What I would like to do is to accept all incoming calls from the proxy,
wherever they are coming from or going to ...
but, as soon as I receive a call with the same number as one extension
defined in Asterisk (but through the Proxy !) , it refuses the call, saying

extracting monthly temperature data
I know that R is very advanced when it comes to DateTime handling. I am
not quite as advanced as R however.
I just downloaded a stupendously ugly dataset of hourly air temperature
from 1985 to 2003. It has a great many NAs. I want to extract mean,
median, max, and min monthly values.
So far I have read it in as object. Date and Time are factors and Temp
is an int.

SUMMARY: Getent does not get remote users
The problem was solved. Thanks to Stefan G?nther for help and for
providing a working
smb.conf excerpt, which helped to trace the problem.
It turned out I had configured samba just right. The problem was, that
samba was not
compiled with ldap -support and winbindd simply did not ask for users
from the active directory domain controller. This was due to the fact,
that Gentoo Linux ebuild did

SUMMARY Problems with Samba 3.0.5 only seeing 1360 files on a share to a Windows 2000
Hi,
I was having problems with Windows 2000 not seeing all files on a
share. It would only show a certain number of files. The solution was to get
rid of the Windows 2000. Just kidding, actually the problem was with the
character set, when I configured the the unix character set to ISO-8859-1,
we saw all the files.
Thanks

How does "apply.monthly" function works (xts package)
Hi everybody.
I use to work with monthly data, however this is my first time working with
weekly data.
I have 4 data bases with monthly data and 1 with weekly data, so I want to
convert my weekly to monthly data in order to have the same periodicity in
all of them.
I've read that package xts can help me with this issue, so I have done the
following script:

[LLVMdev] Obligatory monthly tail call patch
Hello everybody, hi Evan,
this patch changes the lowering of arguments for tail call optimized
calls. Before arguments that could be overwritten by each other were
explicitly lowered to a stack slot, not giving the register allocator
a chance to optimize. Now a sequence of copyto/copyfrom virtual
registers ensures that arguments are loaded in (virtual) registers
before they are lowered to the
