similar to: win2k dropping network connection to samba

If I enable wins support = yes & I start smbd it starts smb & nmb. When I restart the service it says that there is no nmb service at 10045 running. When I do a ps -aux, you can still see the service running. They will keep building up until I manually delete them. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi: I would want to log the files that "moves" through my network. I have played with "log level" directive, but it's not what i need. I set log level to 3... and certainly, it's ENORMOUSLY HUGE the log written.
