Is libvirt supported on Citrix Xenserver?
Hi,
I was finally able to connect to the xenapi hypervisor using virsh of libvirt 0.9.2. However, once I connect to virsh and give a 'quit' command I get "* glibc detected *** virsh: double free or corruption (fasttop):". Please find below the actual memory dump.

prediction problem
Hello,
I am using the mda package and in particular the fda routine to
classify/predict in terms of color to a set of 20 samples for which i don?t
know the color.
I preformed a flexible discriminant analysis (FDA) using a set of 147
samples for which i know all the information.
My script and data follow in attachment.

Dear Yalang,
that did the trick. If I look in the NAT table of the bridge I can see
the generated rules. Probably wouldn't have though about that ever.

We have a wireless network that uses 802.1x authentication, in which domain joined computers use their machine credentials to connect.
Windows machines do this automatically, and until recently Linux computers could join using wicd, wpa-supplicant, and a simple script that would retrieve the machine password with tdbdump.
( specifically tdbdump -k SECRETS/MACHINE_PASSWORD/DOMAIN

hello,
i can't figure out how to set position of panels of my stripplot -
i`d like the panels of one level of the factor stage (nr. of panels within
each stage, A: 12, B: 12, C: 12, D: 4, each panel representing a site) to be
in one column, with A to D from left to right and with descending site.nr at
each row.

Variable selection in R
Hello,
I am pretty sure that my question is a FAQ, but I haven't been able to find
the answer...
I am looking for variable selection procedures (for a linear model), but
the only one that I have been able to find in R is "step". Isn't there an
equivalent of the "stepwise" function in SPlus ? step works, but I would
like to try an other method than AIC.

how can I look at .Internal(model.matrix(t, data))?
Hi,
I would like to see how model.matrix expands factor column to a set of dummy columns. I think that is done int .Internal(model.matrix(t, data)) which is called from model.matrix.default. But I have not idea how I can look at this function. How can I get to such internal functions?

I am trying to implement some R package which is still under construction and has not yet been submitted to CRAN (RSSA, http://anton.korobeynikov.info/software). lattice: defining graphical parameters
Dears,
could anyone give me some advice how to change some plotting parameters for a lattice graph?
I need to adjust the following:
-reduce outer margins (like par(mar=c(0,0,0,0)) with base graphs)
-modify positions of labels (like par(mpg=c(0,0,0)) with base graphs)
I already did some research, but got confused by the huge amount of settings with the lattice objects.

Problem transferring call to a meetme conference
I am using CVS as of December 7 2005, and I am having the following
problem -- I have an extension so I can transfer a call I have made
(from a zap channel) to a meetme conferenceand what I have found is
that if I am using the i option, I can transfer the call OK, but the
zap channel I transferred from gets totally unusable --what I get in
the log file is endless messages like this:
