Should work according to:

Sweave/ESS-like tools for HTML
My university provides me with a powerful course management system for
the courses that I teach. Among other things I can create a wiki for
the course, which is very convenient for cross-linking different bits
of the course.
Naturally I use R extensively in my teaching and I want to incorporate
R code, output and graphics in such a wiki. If I were producing LaTeX

subnet flooded with lots of ADD_EDGE request
Hello,
We're suffering from sporadic network blockage(read: unable to ping
other nodes) with 1.1-pre17. Before upgrading to the 1.1-pre release,
the same network blockage also manifested itself in a pure 1.0.33
network.
The log shows that there are a lot of "Got ADD_EDGE from nodeX
(192.168.0.1 port 655) which does not match existing entry" and it
turns out that the mismatches

Serious stability issues
We have encountered a number of problems with our firewall recently,
and the past 24 hours have left me quite concerned. Here is what we are
seeing:
1. Original firewall, a PentiumPro/200 with 96Mb RAM, serving approx
500 client PCs for a 10Mb internet connection. Running Mandrake 9.2, we
began seeing severe swapping a few weeks, with kernel mem usage
exceeding 200Mb. Given an ip_conntrack

removing the first line "ip tuntap add dev $INTERFACE mode tun" seems to have helped regarding the tun error, however it is not connecting. If I stop the tinc service and then run:

new sipura firmware
Hello,
Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with the new Sipura 2.0 firmware?
The 1.0.33 works pretty well but there are a few more features I'd like to
have.

Tinc configuration for PowerPC
I installed a cross-compiler for PowerPC 603e (OSELAS-Toolchain from Pengutronix) on an i686 machine with Fedora 24.
All steps for compiling tinc (https://www.tinc-vpn.org/examples/cross-compiling-windows-binary/) worked successfully.
After compiling I verified the file type (file tincd) obtaining:
tincd: ELF 32-bit MSB shared object, PowerPC or cisco 4500, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked,

iproute2 problems
I currently am using tinc 1.0.33 on a 4 node Ubuntu 14.04 server network at Digital Ocean connecting on the Eth1 private network interfaces. This works great.
Recently I added two more Ubuntu 18.04 servers at the same location and attempted to link them to the Tinc mesh already established. The 18.04 servers do not allow me to use the net-tools ipconfig command and so I have adapted my

non-zero exit status error when install GenomeGraphs
Hi,
I am trying to install GenomeGraphs package from bioconductor, but failed by
a non-zero exit error. From the error message, it seems that there is a
shared library problem. Any suggestion on fixing it? Thanks so much.

Sipura 2000 not answering em_w calls
I recently purchased a Sipura 2000 and connected a phone to it which is
connected to my asterisk box via sip.
Calls to the Sipura 2000 work fine from another sip device connected
through *, from either an fxo or fxs (via adtran channel bank connected
to a T400P card) port. However, when a call comes in from the phone
company over a T1 with em_w trunks, the phone on the Sipura will ring

from source and the build-dep requirements seem daunting...
