Bubble plots
Is there a way to create a 'bubble plot' in R? For example, if we define the following data frame containing the level of y observed for 5 patients at three time points: time<-c(rep('time 1',5),rep('time 2',5),rep('time 3',5))

Feature request: Being able specify that the destination should follow source directory structure.
Greetings. If I do this: rsync --hard-links one.server.com::"module/somedir/images/redhat/3.0WS/en/os/i386 module/someotherdir/1.0/images/redhat/3.0WS/en/os/i386" /export/distros I get: /export/distros/i386/... and a conflict between the two sources. I want for destination: /export/distros/images/redhat/3.0WS/en/os/i386 /export/distros/1.0/images/redhat/3.0WS/en/os/i386 In other

access objects by name
Hi, I have several data structures (xts structures). I then have a list of the names of those objects. I'd like to access the object by name. For example: foo1 <- as.xts(....) foo2 <- as.xts(...) foo3 <- as.xts(...) structs <- c("foo1", "foo2", "foo3") for (thisOne in structs){ print(thisOne$colA) } The above fails. Clearly I'm missing a

Dovecot pam
Hello! How can I disable passdb { driver = pam } in /etc/dovecot/conf.d/auth-system.conf.ext from file /etc/dovecot/local.conf. I have postfix and dovecot set up to only use virtual users. I'd rather do all the configuration in local.conf if possible. My doveconf-n # 2.2.9: /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf # OS: Linux 3.13.0-24-generic x86_64 Ubuntu 14.04 LTS auth_failure_delay = 5 secs

network collapse
Hi folks on debian stable I've a default samba file sharing config. Everything works perfectly (almost...) - samba version 3.6.6 >From linux and windows clients (wired and wifi too) when I (i.e. listen musics) often (one time every 4/5 minutes) networks suddenly collapse (for less one second) and immediately goes up. So I've an interrupt of broadcast (this happens also if I use rsync

Doveadm?
I have a question? Is it possible that with doveadm delete all but the last x-number of messages in a folder. For example to retain the last 200 messages in the folder. If it is possible, how do you do it? Something like "doveadm expunge -u jane.doe at example.org mailbox xxx" Thank you! -- //Tommy

based on what your saying.. im not thinking this is samba related. I guess check your switches and find the "fault" autosense for your nics.. You can use thisone to disable autosence ethtool -s ethX autoneg off en set correct nic speed. ethtool -s ethX speed XXXX BUT ! check your switches first. greetz, Louis >-----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- >Van: sambait3 at

Per user based protocol access and pause after failed login?
Hello. Tried search, no luck, sorry, if this is already answered, but I'm still looking a solution using pam_auth how to define in dovecot which user can access which protocol, for example, default is: protocols = pop3 pop3s imap imaps I'd like to use something like this: exclude_using_pop = user1, user2, @group exclude_using_pops = user1, user2, @group exclude_using_imap = user1,

zfs - filesystem versus directory
Folks, While going through a quick tutorial on zfs, I came across a way to create zfs filesystem within a filesystem. For example: # zfs create mytest/peter where mytest is a zpool filesystem. When does this way, the new filesystem has the mount point as /mytest/peter. When does it make sense to create such a filesystem versus just creating a directory? # mkdir mytest/peter Thank you in

Re: [2] X100p problem
When I enable callprogress I get this error message... (when I call, it will ring forever but asterisk is acting as if it DID pick up the line ... but it never did... ) I'm beginning to think that asterisk can't hangup the line when in voice mail and this, whatever action I'll take... Actually, callprogress doesn't seem to work at all... (in my case) Mar 24 23:37:28

Suse 9.3 boot problem
Hi there I got Suse 9.3 on a raid 1 (md0 :boot and root and md1 home) When I try to get the xen kernel booted, the process goes up to a certain point and then reboots I got two problems: 1) Since I used default suse parameters I would assume all my settings should be OK, so why does it not boot? 2) When booting and getting to the reboot point, it holds the messages only for one second. How can
