Question regarding Postfix and Dovecot
All,
Thank you for having this list, and I have a question regarding why postfix
is not handing off delivery to Dovecot to virtual users.
Here is all I can offer since I am not at my server:
*Here is the debug information for my postfix setup:*

Hello All
I just recently adopted a server with Gentoo/Xen as domain0 server with several domainUs attached to it. Please forgive my xen-noobness, but I was hoping that someone can help me out.
These images have not been updated in a long time, and I''m trying to get all the domainUs updated with their appropriate services patches, etc. I''m currently working on one Gentoo

I've just installed Samba 2.2.8 (SuSE Linux 8.0).
My clients are running Win2000 Pro.

XDEBUG build bots?
Thanks for noticing this, Geoff.
I just landed r268050 which add a cmake option for this (and unifies XDEBUG
and EXPENSIVE_CHECKS). This might make it easier to setup some build bots.
Thank you,
Filipe

XDEBUG build bots?
Yeah, they are just triggered by lit check tests. I’ll file some bugs today, though it looks like Quentin may have already filed bugs for some of these.

Windows 7/Samba unable to log in via name, works by IP
Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help with this. We have a 3.3.8 Samba server, on
Centos 5.5 64, security DOMAIN, works beautifully with XP. When windows
7 systems attempt to log in via \\NAME, the login window just
continually repeats, but they can login successfully when using \\IP_ADDRESS
Samba log shows the below in response to windows 7 login attempts.

clamd@amavisd fails under systemd
Trying to set up a mail server under CentOS7 - having done this with
CentOS5 and CentOS6 over the last decade with no issues and reliable
service, it was time to upgrade (?) to CentOS7. Shouldn't be a problem,
right?
Getting to grips with systemd has been challenging - to say the least.
So a brief overview of what I am trying to set up:
postfix / amavisd-new / spamassassin / clamav so we

Asterisk to MySQL Data Lookup Warning Message?
Hi All,
I'm getting a strange warning message when I perform a MYSQL data lookup. The operation performs fine, I retrive the data I'm looking for and continue on through the dial sequence without an issue. I'm wondering if this warning message is something to be concerned about, can't find any info about it.

Adobe Acrobat 5.0/wine???
Hi!
Is it possible to run Acrobar Reader 5.0 with wine under Linux? If so, what
do I have to do? I installed Acrobat 5.0 under Windows 98 (and it works),
but it won't work using wine under Linux (which I would prefer because I
usually do not run Windows).
Any help?
Cheers,

grouping classes together
Hello,
I''m running puppet 0.22.4 on redhat linux mainly. I have a large number
of hosts and after reading the documentation, I concluded the following;
It would be easier to manage all nodes by creating a class called common
which in turn imported files from common/*.pp, and one class for server,
which inherits common, and in turn imports files from servers/*.pp (and
then a class called

RP #2: Dual "semi" random playlists?
Let's hope this makes it through without being bounced for HTML, I _think_
it's turned off! :)
Greetings all,
I run a non-public radio station at work, using a single Linux box running
icecast and ices as a testbed right now. Eventually, it will be on a much
larger box, with gobs of space, and each user will be able to FTP their own
MP3's to the server and build dynamic playlists,

More than one logon script, can I have?
Hi,
RH7.3, Samba 2.2.8a, Win2KSP4 clients...
I was just wondering,
I know I can have a logon script based on a machine name, on a group, a
username, etc., but am I able to actually have a combination of the
above?
I would like to have a standard group logon script (which I currently do
have), but I would also like an extra script to run if they log on to
particular machines under my domain...

Cause and cure for "Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local"?
Hello,
We're seeing lots of warnings like the following, running Asterisk
1.6.1.12. Does anyone know the cause or cure?
One explanation I've come across is that the peer is congested and
sending RTCP messages asking us to slow the RTP down. Is there any way
we can verify this?

Flac-dev Digest, Vol 70, Issue 5
Hi Ivailo
The problem with an embedded CUE sheet is that this requires 2
preconditions.
1 - that the FLAC files are taken from an Audio CD, and
2 - that a drive is used such as a Plextor that can manage to do this
properly.
Neither condition applies here.
The files I needto turn into FLAC files are 24 bit 48kHz streams that exist
as WAV files on HDD.
They are not from CD - I keep trying to

masquerading
Following Situation:
Having an intranet-application that needs to know the ip-Address of the
clients before running.
Clients anywere in the Internet with any ip-address.
So I thought about using masquerading the opposite way than normal.
But then anybody could use this application.
Dos anybody know how to make it a little bit more secure, like proofing
the mac-address of the client, or something

samba and ldap
I have successfully setup samba (2.0.6 on redhat 6.1) to authenticate
users and get all user account information (home dir etc) from an ldap
server (openldap 1.2.7 on freebsd3.4) with win95/98 clients using
nss_ldap/pam_ldap and plaintext passwords.
I would like to use the same setup with client-side encryption ie.
between client (win98) and samba server, but have been unable to.
My question is
