Hello there i have installed samba on my SGI IRIX box and its up and running. I have a few win xp machines. wanna make the printer availabe on my IRIX as a network printer. I tried adding the printer thru add printer wizard in windows it gets added but it shows the status as "status:Access denied, unable to connect" how should I resolve this problem ? I am using HP laserjet 6MP plz

Hi there, I'm a newbie, plesae bear with me. I have a dataset with about 10000 ~ 30000 data points. Would like fit to both Gamma and Normal distribution to see which one fits better. How do I do this in R? Or I could do a normality test of the data, if it's normal, I then will do a normal fit, otherwise, a gamma fit. But again, I don't know how to do this either. Please help! SITUATION: I have a large stream of frames with NO breaks or length indicators inbetween each frame. For this reason, I call speex_bits_read_whole_bytes() and fill it to MAXIMUM in a loop while calling speex_decode() until there are no more bytes to read.

Hi. My bad, but I have not been tracking the -stable list and I just updated -stable on a production machine. It seemed to work just wonderful, as normal, for about 10 minutes then it started to deny connections and when you run commands, it would just hang. I have done a reboot and fsck everything. can anyone pls help, On my Windows server, I can view and access my Samba Server and shares, but on my Samba Server under Server Status, the ACTIVE CONNECTIONS shows no value even while the "demons" are running.
