Hello, my fileserver (Debian and samba packages 4.2.14+dfsg-0+deb8u9) connected to an AD with one Windows DC and one Samba DC does not renew the Kerberos ticket after 10 hours and I need to rejoin the domain.:( Another server (runs as print server with the same version) does not have this problem. Good Morning, Ive been trying to test Samba AD on Ubuntu 18.04 using samba version 4.8.0  The DC seems to be working fine all tests have passed.  I was able to connect Win7 RSAT, a Ubuntu workstation and a File server.  My problem is the file server will not give response to 'sudo getent passwd' with or with out username or DOMAIN\username. I recently upgraded a backup fileserver used for testing purposes from samba-3.0.10 to the current samba-3.0.11 using the FreeBSD portupgrade. The fileserver is setup in a W2K AD. Hi I am trying to configure Samba with ADS integration on AIX 5.2. I am unable to login to the Aix server using credentials of Domain user. I am able to join to windows Domain and able to fetch list of windows domain users with the command /usr/local/samba/bin/wbinfo -u and also the groups with usr/local/samba/bin/wbinfo -g .
