[LLVMdev] replacing GetElementPtrConstantExpr with GetElementPtrInst ... sometimes
Hi During a pass, the XCore target lowers thread local global variables by turning them into global variable arrays indexed by the (max 8) thread ID. (see XCoreLowerThreadLocal.cpp) This works fine for instructions e.g. GetElementPtrInst But can't be done for constants e.g. GetElementPtrConstantExpr Thus I would like to replace GetElementPtrConstantExpr with GetElementPtrInst when it is

I don't know about the technicalities, but Peter Dalgaard said the offending code also causes R to come to a stop using SUSE + WINE. Is it possible to run that lot on top of valgrind? Of course, it will probably take all day ... If not, I have a clue which might help. The problem seems to lie in the "sub" routine. In the original report I used -- cut here -- gctorture() u <-

Dear Professor Ripley, a. I apologise for not including the file. I sent the E-Mail to=20 R-bugs at r-project.org with an attachment, but the attachment evidently got=20 lost. However the text of the file is as follows: --- CUT HERE ---- gctorture() characters <- intToUtf8(200:300) indices <- rep(sequence(5),10) substrings <- substring(characters,indices,indices + 5) factor(substrings)

My setup is: - Debian Woody x86 - Samba 3.0.0rc2 (upgrading from alpha22) - Samba acting as a PDC - Samba accounts and Posix accounts in an LDAP directory (OpenLDAP from Debian) I have successfully compiled and installed the new version. I have extracted all users from the LDAP tree and converted them to the new schema using the perl

Samba 2.2.7a as PDC with LDAP: c000019b error code
Hello! I've run into a strange problem with samba-2.2.7a. I compiled it with --with-ldapsam on a Debian/Woody box, set up openLDAP 2.0.23 with all users and machine trust accounts and configured samba to using LDAP and being a PDC. Works ok so far, users may authenticate and use their shares. But they can not *always* log into the domain from NT4.0 workstations. Sometimes yes, sometimes

will there be theora_decode_RGBout() ?
hi folks! i would like to know whether there will be some function to decode to some plain 24 bit RGB buffer in the future. i think this feature is sometimes important, especially when using different surface layers, or when modifying the buffer in realtime. if this feature will definitely not be, could someone tell me how i can convert to some RGB buffer in realtime? i already tried different

Multiple OCFS intances in the same LAN
Hi, is it possible and safe to use more than one RAC-Cluster using OCFS in the same LAN? I'm considering to following setup: a 2-node production and a 2-node test system, the production data is stored in an EMC Symmetrix and for the test-system the production data is copied once to a BCV disk internally. This will give me an new independant copy of the production disk with the same contents,

Samba became Domain Member Server
Hi group, I have problems with a former Samba-server. It has been a simple server, no acl-stuff,not a DC or so. Now we have a Windows 2003 PDC and I intergated the Samba-Server as a Domain Member Server. Everything works fine, except one annoying thing: I cannot allow the Domain-Members to full-access the files recursively. Example: The users complain, that they can make an excel-sheet and

pam_winbind.so
Hi all, I am having a problem with pam_winbind.so. Is there any documentation that tells exactly what each module with pam_winbind.so does? In other words, what does the auth section do, what does the account section do??? When I try to authenticate, the auth section in login pam seems to pass successfully, but the account section seems to fail. Here is my login module auth required

Not creating home directory for domain member at KDE login
I've added the pam changes that use winbind to authenticate users against the domain controller. I see all of the domain users in the graphical login, but when a user logs in who hasn't logged in before, the new home directory (/etc/DOMAIN/<userid>) isn't either being created or it's being created with permissions that don't allow files to be written under the user id.
