GotoIf Syntax to match first digits
how does a GotoIf-challenge look like to match e.g. only the first two digits? i want to strip the first two digits from an incoming pstn-call and add a zero instead so when i forward a call to a mobile the called party gets the correct number of the caller. at the moment, incoming calls from the austrian pstn are recognized as e.g. 43650123123 by asterisk, when i forward the call e.g. to a

Replacing values job
Hallo, I have two vectors of different lengths which contain the same set of values: X < -c(2,6,1,7,4,3,5) Y <- c(1,1,6,4,6,1,4,1,2,3,6,6,1,2,4,4,5,4,1,7,6,6,4,4,7,1,2) How can I replace the values in Y with the index (!) of the corresponding values in X. So 2 appears in X in the first coordinate, so all 2’s in Y should be replaced by 1, etc. Thank you for your help, Serguei

Kernel update = slower ?
This is really strange. Day before, I updated the machine here (x86_64) and all went normal. I rebooted, and everything came back just as I expected. Next morning, I noticed one of my jobs during the night had finished, but finished late by about 8 or 9 minutes. I really didn't think much of it, but after looking at jobs running today, I'm seeing the same thing. Processes that

chan_capi-cm-0.6.4
Hello Armin, hello List I'm trying to get chan_capi working with asterisk from debian stable (asterisk 1.0.7, the debian version number is 1:1.0.7.dfsg.1-2). I managed to get it compiled by providing my own version of ast_copy_string. This is an Austrian PTP line. I can do outgoing calls fine (no comprehensive tests yet). For incoming calls, I'm getting "No answer" on the

winbind - 32bit vs 64bit
Hi all, I've running a CentOS 5 64bit server that hosts VMware Server and uses authentication via Samba/Winbind. The problem is that authentication in the VMware Server web interface does not work because apparently it is a 32bit application and CentOS 5 x86_64 provides only a 64bit version of the pam_winbind.so library. At least that what I conduct from the following message I get in

mysterious warning message regarding bytecode...
While running a long script which source()s other scripts I get the following warning: Warning message: In t(object$S[[1]]) : bytecode version mismatch; using eval I cannot replicate it if I run the sourced files line by line though... What is that error? And do I care about it? It doesn't seem to affect my output as far as I can tell. Thanks! Justin > sessionInfo() R version

vector of permutated products
Given an x-vector with, say, 3 elements, I would like to compute the following vector of permutated products (1-x1)*(1-x2)*(1-x3) (1-x1)*(1-x2)*x3 (1-x1)*x2*(1-x3) x1*(1-x2)*(1-x3) (1-x1)*x2*x3 x1*(1-x2)*x3 x1*x2*(1-x3) x1*x2*x3 Now, I already have the correctly sorted matrix of permutations! So, the input looks something like: #input x<-c(0.3,0.1,0.2) Nx<-length(x) Ncomb<-2^Nx
