Plotting irregular grid as image or persp
Hi,
I have an array of 2d node locations and an array triangles, and would
like to plot something like a image or persp.
An example of doing it with rgl is:
library(ncdf)
library(rgl)
# wget http://www.maplepark.com/~drf5n/extras/teapot.nc
teapot<-open.ncdf("teapot.nc")
z<-get.var.ncdf(teapot,"tris")
l<-get.var.ncdf(teapot,"locations")

Riello Vision VST 1100 + NetMan 204 network card
I've contacted Riello and they told me that the NetMan 204 is the new
version of the Netman Plus 102 and is indeed compatible with NUT.
I don't know how to update the Hardware compatibility list page, but the
204 should be added to the compatible ones.

Riello Vision VST 1100 + NetMan 204 network card
Hi,
I'm looking for a small 230V Line Interactive Pure Sine Wave UPS with
NUT support via network.
It looks like the VST1100 has a communication slot for an optional
NetMan 204 network card, but I couldn't figure out if that would be
compatible with NUT.
What I need is being able to monitor the UPS in Home Assistant (which
uses NUT AFAIK) plus being able to automatically shut down a

It's going to get /boot. And under there, it'll get /boot/EFI.

A shared space between students and their teacher !!!
Hi all,
Last week I implemented samba a sa file server and domain controller for more than 150 computers
(Win 2000 and XP). Everything is working just fine.
However, computer science faculty wanted a share for each course in which students can upload
their homework once done and teacher download them for correction. Yet, students can have the
right to write on that share but not delete the work

Samba related question??
Somewhat Samba related, I ask this question (that might be over the line
and into Windows territory) but, here I go . . .
Of those user on this mailing list that manage Samba installs for various
clients/customers, what are your most used GPO policies you have put into
place for AD management?
I ask because, when you venture over into Windows world and start reading

need help printing to Brother MFC-3320CN
I'm trying to print in Linux to this Windows-only printer. I'm using LPRng. Both the printer and my windows interface (win4lin) are on the same LAN. I've added a new printer device lp5 in /etc/printcap, with an if line for the smbprint script when I send a command to that printer.
A logfile reports that the server name and service name are correctly passed to the smbclient program.

Error while unpacking program, code LP5 ...
Hey,
I am trying to open a win32 VSTi which installed fine on a fresh install of wine 1.1.15 (debian sid, dell latitude laptop, intel board, pentium M).
The audio environment is fine (jack, ALSA) and other VSTis work nicely. But this one does not, it craps out the error message
"Error while unpacking program, code LP5".
I googled this error msg on the net, and most of the time, it

Trash for lda
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a solution to the case when the user can't recieve emails
because of being over quota, something like http://wiki.dovecot.org/Plugins/Trash, but for
the lda, not the imap?
Thanks,

Slow Samba Printer initialisation, status, and printing
OK, I have been wrestling with this for two weeks now, so somebody please
help !
We have an existing Samba Print Server, running RedHat linux, kernel
2.2.19, that runs fine, but is a P133 with 64 mb ram. So we built a new PC,
the slowest thing we could buy, a duron 1 ghz with 512 mb RAM. Old printer
server is running Samba 2.2.5, new printer server is running samba 2.2.5,
and Slackware 8.1,

IMAP Get Savedate plugin
Hi,
I want to add a feature to the fetch command in IMAP, by enabling it to return the save
date, when I request the SAVEDATE parameter.
I want to use this for my webmail application, so I can show the users the deleted date
when they are viewing the Trash folder.
I was able to put it directly into the code (patch attached), but I was wondering if
there is a way to put it as a plugin instead.
