Hi all, Just migrated users to a samba 4 server on built on Solaris 11 samba pkg. Some users are mapping all required drives (G:, H:, and I:) but some are not able to map them. The affected users user log files indicate that the %g variable is being translated to '-1' instead of the users Unix group. All of the machines are 32-bit and run CentOS (fully up-to-date running 5.10). There are two printers with queues managed on the server. I run a fairly busy samba server that only serves up users' home directory. I am running Samba v3.0.20 under Solaris 10 on a Sun v440. I'm seeing a large number of calls to '/usr/bin/lpstat -v'. These are probably occuring everytime a new client connects, but I'm not positive. The server does not have any printers attached to it, has no entries in /etc/printers.conf, and
