hello to everyone, I'm experiencing an annyoing problem with a shared printer (managed by samba 3.0.20b-3.4 on Linux - SuSe). The problem is that I cannot modify any of the printer settings (e.g. Location, etc. and of course the driver to use). I've successfully uploaded the correct driver with the APW in the print$ share. The printer data/settings can't be modified by rpcclient too.

Hello, I have been trying for 3 days now to get smbpasswd to join my existing NT 4.0 domain, without success. The command I run is "smbpasswd -j CCH -r chrivdc01 -U knoxth" (yes, userid knoxth has Administrative access). No luck. I've included the output of adding -D 3 to the options line. I'm having some unusual results with smbmount. I've tried mounting multiple server shares from multiple servers with the same results.
