All, I am having trouble with the getent passwd and getent group command. I am using 2.2.4-4 version of Samba on a redhat system with 2.4.18-SMP kernel. This issue seems to be intermittent. Sometimes is works and others it doesnt. More often than not, it failes. I can do a wbinfo -g and -u and get the info so I am connected to the doamin, but not getent. List, I am unable to log into a terminal using Winbind service. I have the login file correctly modifyed and nsswitch too. I have the 2.2.5 version of SAMBA with the new winbind. List, I have been trying to install Diablo 2 using wine with the latest stable. I read the tutorials on it and it seems that I need a file from gamecopyworld.com. I believe the file is called fdxd2019.ace. I am not able to find this file anywhere on that site. Is there a workaround for this, or does someone have a link to this file.
