Zlib maildir reindex bug?
Hi Running dovecot 2.1.7 (from debian repo). We have some old compressed maildir messages with the wrong S= size in the filename (our fault). If I delete index files, log in to the mailbox and try to FETCH the bad message, dovecot complains about the incorrect message size, attempts to fix the filename and disconnects the client. However, it changes the filesize to the size of the message on

Hi, Locally my application is 7MB without tests and logs, etc. The .git folder is 29 MB. I also have no gems / plugins in vendor folder. 95% of images sit on S3. However on committing to Heroku it shows -----> Compiled slug size is 62.7MB What is wrong? It happened? To add more context my .gitignore file is .bundle, db/.sqlite3, config/ database.yml, log/.log, tmp/, .idea, .redcar,

Samba 4.3.9 member server problem in classic domain
I have a Fedora Core 23 Linux machine configured as a samba member of a "classic" domain. The DC's Samba 3.6.25 NOT patched for badlock. Since upgrading to Samba 4.3.8 and (I think from 4.3.6 or 4.3.4) , domain users can no longer access resources. (upgraded to 4.3.9, same problem) Since I had to roll back my Synology appliance to a previous OS, and reviewing other

lme, two random effects, poisson distribution
Hello, I have a dataset concerning slugs. For each slug, the number of pumps per one time slot was counted. The number of pumps follows Bi(30, p) where p is very small, thus could be approximated by Poisson dist. (# of pumps is very often = 0) The slugs were observed during 12 time slots which are correlated in time as AR(1). The time slots are divided into two categories: Resting time

New blog application post slugs
Hello. I''m creating my own RESTful blog app. I am wondering about creating post slugs. I think Wordpress creates a slug at post creation time and stores the string in the database, then uses that for URLs. I read about the acts_as_sluggable strategy (http:// agilewebdevelopment.com/plugins/acts_as_sluggable) but I don''t like having a number (the ID) in the URL. Any

I have ipkg already installed on the QNAP. I know absolutely nothing about ruby on rails. Thanks for any help. For those that are not familiar with a QNAP, ipkg is the same as apt-get or yum in some Linux

Functional tests and protected actions
Hello! I have certain methods in my Application Controller, that I need to access. Namely ApplicationController#logged_in_user The problem is, that when I try to access it, I get: NoMethodError: protected method `logged_in_user'' called for #<AdminController> Any ideas how I can circumvent that? Or are functional tests really not suited for any kind of logins and session work?
