Dovecot's deliver trouble (...probably bug?)
Hello everybody!
I am a Linux admin trying to move my mail
system based on qmail to the software which is more spam-protected:
exim4 + dovecot-1.0rc15 + pgsql . I've downloaded and rebuild dovecot
from src.rpm (for fc4). During
the testing stage I've discovered two troubles:
1) the problem with deliver (...I'm not sure it's a really bug). Here
is relevant part

Critical XRay fixes for Arm32
I see. Thanks for clarifying.
I'm Ok with merging these if Dean agrees, as I believe he's the code owner.
Thanks,

File Descriptors
I installed Squid on CentOS 4.4 and currently it seems to run fine
even under the relatively heavy load of 6mbps and hundreds of users.
I was told I should increase the file descriptor limit which I beleive
is 1024 now. Any easy way to do that?

Critical XRay fixes for Arm32
I'm wondering why the lit tests didn't catch this as part of testing rc1 on ARM.

Critical XRay fixes for Arm32
How is XRay tested? IIRC, Renato didn't see any test failures on ARM?
Merging sounds reasonbaly, I'd just like to understand what's the risk
for the branch.

OggPCM: support for little-endianness only?

Fair enough. Since the ogg pages (which I beleive are 4k) need
to be unpacked anyway, there is little harm in having to
(possibly) do endswapping as well.

Sorry, I initially included LLVM-Commits rather than LLVM-Dev. Fixed.

sqlSave, ...colnames=F, using "odbcConnectExcel" .... I still get colnames in top row of exprted sheet
I am trying to save an R data.frame as an Excel sheet.
I do NOT want the column names saved into row 1.
I set colnames=F.
However, it still seems that the colnames are saved into row 1.
Is this a bug? Or am I coding incorrectly and.or misunderstanding this feature?

Extra sheet after printing a job.
At the end of a printerjob in my HP-DJ895Cxi and HP-1100A in
my samba-server (SuSE Linux 8.1) an extra -blank- sheet is
comming out of the printers.

I know the problem has been on the list before, and can also
see how to solve it, but there's a problem. From default the
SuSE 8.1 is installed with cups, and I wanted to

bug with subset and plot?
Hi!
I have the following problem that I beleive is a bug:
I have a dataframe with one categorical and one numerical vector. The
categorical vector has three levels (uc, up and vc). A plot of the
vectors with the categorical vector on the x-axis gives a boxplot with
three boxes - exactly as expected.
If I then use the subset function to make a dataset that only includes
two of the levels of

tinc from behind a NAT
I'm stuck behind a corporate NAT that I obviously have absolutely no
control over. The nice thing is that the firewall rules, AFAIK, are very
nice.
I've had tinc running before from behind nazi firewalls with no NAT.
Been fiddling with tinc for many hours, but have been SOL.
The local machine is the client (has ConnectTo in the conf), and remote
is the server (has Listen in the conf).

Quadratic Programming
Hi all!
I have a little question concerning quadprog. To make it simple I'll start by stating the problem:
I want to minimize
h(d,delta)=0.5d^T B d +nabla(f(x))^T d +rho*delta^2
With respect to d\in R^n and delta \in R. I obviously have constraints (depending on both d and delta).
Solve.QP does give me a good result for d but I cannot obtain anything for delta. Simce dim(Dmat)=n and

Scriptaculous XSLT-sheet available for download
Hiya!
Being very impressed and pleased with scriptaculous I decided to add
several features of it into a Web Publishing System I’m building.
This WPS (as I fondly call it) makes extensive use of XML/XSLt
translations.
To offer some nice visual effects to customers I made a XSL-stylesheet
which allows my customers to access these effects by enclosing some
content into scriptaculous-tags.
I decided

2 questions on flac files with internal cue sheet.
Hi,
I made backup-copies of several CDs.
First I used eac (exactaudiocopy) for exact ripping to a single wav-file with
cue sheet.
Then I used
flac --cuesheet=<cuefile> <wavfile>
to get a flac file with internal cue sheet.
I am on a linux system. eac is running in a vmware-windows (actually, eac is
the only reason that I have a windows version running).
At this point I have two

Decoding via API from a single FLAC file using a cue sheet
Hello,
I have currently many of my CDs ripped to FLAC to replay them from the
computer. In most cases, there are single files for each track on the
CD. I like the idea to rip the CD to a single track and add a cue sheet
to the metadata which was recently discussed on the list.
How would I access specific tracks using this approach by means of the
FLAC (or FLAC++) API in my own decoder

XRay: Demo on x86_64/Linux almost done; some questions.
Hi Dean,
I have a question for 32-bit platforms. I see in the code that you used the
following in compiler-rt/trunk/lib/xray/xray_interface_internal.h :
struct XRaySledEntry {
uint64_t Address;
uint64_t Function;
unsigned char Kind;
unsigned char AlwaysInstrument;
unsigned char Padding[14]; // Need 32 bytes
};
And the peer code in llvm/trunk/lib/Target/X86/X86MCInstLower.cpp :
