You will have to do this on the PDC and the BDC to have the same SID the the secrets.tdb file. I think the problem is that your icecast is wrong configured. If it has an configuratrion error that dows not shut it down at startup, it takes 99,9% cpu usage (thats my problem with, for example, a wrong path to configuration file at startup, or something like this).
