R.app installer probs on Snow Leopard
Have tried to install R.app several times (6, in fact: versions 2.12, 13 & 14, both 32 and 64 bit versions), using packages freshly downloaded from the official project page, and failed every time, given exception reports such as the following (appended below, the 2 reports arising out of my 1st & 6th attempts). Machine & software version specifics are all contained therein. What

[LLVMdev] June 2007 LLVM Developer's Meeting
For those of you coming from out of the area and who may not be familiar with the bay area. TRAVEL: The closest airport is San Jose International Airport (SJC; 10 miles away). There is also San Francisco Internation Airport (SFO; 43 miles away) or Oakland (OAK; 49 miles away). IMHO, I would choose SJC, then SFO, and lastly OAK, depending upont he prices. Ogg/Vorbis fenced out of Apple's airport airtunes
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 re all, a quick message to ask if anyone had the same experience trying to play Ogg/Vorbis encoded music via wireless airport connection (the new system Apple uses to playback on their speakers via wifi). i use pulse-audio to interact with A's proprietary system: works quite well, but still has some buffering glitches, so its more

using links makes troubles
Hi! Following situation (using Samba 2.2.3a): We have a script which creates unix links in the users home dir's. Which links it creates depends on the user's groups. For example: If a user is member of group "import" it creates a link to /data/import. And if a users is member of group "export" it creates a link to /data/export Then we map his home to a drive letter

Label Helpers
Don''t know whether this has been discussed for the core, or if anyone has seen a plugin. Can anyone think of a reason why the form helpers don''t produce corresponding labels? ...... Take the following example.... <label for="hotel_content_airportlocal" class="inputLabel">Name of Local airport</label> <%= text_field

Oddness with fieldnames containing an underscore
Hi all, I''m not sure if this is a cucumber or webrat thing given that I only starting tinkering with both last night for the first time (testing newb as well), but I''ve come across an oddity when trying to write a scenario to create a user. Scenario: Register new user Given I am on the new user page And I fill in "login" with "fredf"

Still can't find missing data
I'm trying to prepare some cross tabs, looking at a number of variables against a variable "connector" which has 2 values: "OD Passenger" and " Connector". When I produce a xtabs one way I have observations under "Connector" but against a different variable "Connector" shows all 0 values. What is wrong? I've looked into the na commands

Has anyone really looked at the costs for Astricon. But the hotel costs. $111.00 USD per night.. come on guys give me a break. I will not be staying at that hotel. I can rent a car and stay near the air port for almost half that. In addition from what I have been told their will be no shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel. Anyone else have any input on this? bkw_ PS: I'm going

orphaned snapshots
I?ve never had such situation and I don?t recall someone sharing something similar. Most probably it?s easier to remove the node from the TSP and re-add it.Of course , test the case in VMs just to validate that it?s possible to add a mode to a cluster with snapshots. I have a vague feeling that you will need to delete all snapshots. Best Regards,Strahil Nikolov? On Thursday, August 10, 2023, 4:36

How do I get xtabs to show missing data?
I presume the behavior below (no Connector values in the second table) is because I have na values in my dataframe. How do I get them to list? I found references to na.action and na.pass, but I could not figure out how I could use them with xtabs to list the na as a value. I'm sure there's a simple syntax I need, but it's not obvious to me. > # Weighted Data

vfs_shadow_copy2 cannot read/find snapshots
Hi Sebastian, why are you using shadow:snapprefix if this is just ?snap?? Does it work using ONLY shadow:format = snap_GMT-%Y.%m.%d-%H.%M.%S ? If you use snapprefix you also need to use shadow:delimiter (in your case this would be ?_?). However, I never managed to get it working with snapprefix on my machines. Hi Due to an outage of one node, after bringing it up again, the node has some orphaned snapshosts, which are already deleted on the other nodes. How can I delete these orphaned snapshots? ligthdm shutdown without a mouse
I have set up a computer that's going to be hand-carried through several airports on the way to its final destination. This is the Lenovo laptop that I asked about earlier, where everything works well except for the touchpad that isn't recognized at all. (For the touchpad I'm just kind of hoping that a future kernel update will make it magically start working; for the time being the

Splitting a dataframe at the results of tapply
I have got a dataframe containing measurement of aircraft noise like this: > Id <- c(1,4,5,2,3,6,4,1,2,5,6,3) > Noise <- c(88,94,97,98,92,56,103,102,87,95,92,97) > Height <- c(190, 150, 120, 115, 188, 104, 101, 189, 146, 111, 124, 126) > > df <- data.frame(Id, Noise, Height) Now I would like to split this in two new dataframes. The first one containing the rows
