Things were fine, but our quickbooks users could not use quickbooks because they were domain restricted users and needed to be domain standard users. Using Ubuntu 8.04, Wine 1.1.3 Application is Quickbooks 8.1. I have succesfully run this app in 7.04 with older wine version. I'm finding that the menu's with arrow up & down seem to crash Quickbooks and wine. Not using the arrows but when you go all the way to the top or bottom. A restart is then needed to get Quickbooks to open up again. Any ideas? As I say this worked great

Has anyone been able to make the Quickbooks Delivery Agent work under Win4Lin? I find that it slows the system down to a crawl and it never completes it's task. Removing the Delivery Agent is not a great solution because Quickbooks won't perform certain functions, like writing a paycheck, without it. Quickbooks Pro works Purrrrrfectly on Corel Wine. It looks good, works good and prints good.
