I have several questions : 1) Can I remove "netbios-name-server" or must I set this parameter to the IP of my Samba 4 ? 2) What is the good value for "netbios-node-type" to work only with dns server ? 3) Are there other parameters to set to well work with samba 4 ? Getting rid of netbios does not mean you should not configure it. You "should" configure it. And even if you disable WINS, LLMNR is still running, so you gained.. .. Nothing with disabling WINS.
