MultiFS syntax definition (Raphael S Carvalho)
Raphael,
Except for the : instead of the , this looks like the grub hard disk
nomenclature that's been around for a thousand years. Certainly since
early GRUB1.
Example:
(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
Why did you chose : instead of grub's , ?
I'm guessing (like grub) that disks & partitions are 0-based?
(Were the original grub authors European?)

So far i can follow the examples from the book from pinheiro and bates.
Now i get the problem , that i have "nested" repeated measuremnts, and i cant find out how to do the grouping part of the lme formula.
1.The simple problem ist that i have different Samples , from which i make repeated measurements (each sample is measured 6 times) and

[LLVMdev] compile errors with demo projects Stacker and Hello
Hi all!
I have sucessfully installed LLVM 1.9 under FreeBSD on a x86 PC.
I have successfully executed "An Example Using the LLVM Tool Chain" that is
written in the document http://llvm.org/docs/GettingStarted.html
When I tried out the demo projects "Hello" and "Stacker" I get compile errors. When I run "gmake" in the directory

[LLVMdev] compile errors with demo projects Stacker and Hello
If I remember correctly, you get the following warning when you
configure LLVM:
configure:2087: WARNING: Unknown project (Stacker) won't be configured
automatically
That leads would lead me to believe that you need to run configure
inside llvm/projects/Stacker (and inside llvm/projects/Hello) before you
run gmake inside of them. I don't know for sure, but perhaps that might
fix

Hello~~~HELP
How do you do?
I am a deaf and I am working at Gallaudet University as IT technician. For
troubleshooting computer problem, I fixed over 4000 computers with different

Tester, Acronis True Image, ERD 2005, and others. Everyday, I brought many
different CDs to different building for services. Really, I wanted to

Antw: Re: Q: Bandwidth vs. bitrate
Hi!
Useful advice, thanks! Actually I had been using foobar2000 to recode, because it just makes it so easy to convert multiple files while keeping the metadata (I confess, I'm a "tagger"). But it's easy to miss some encoder option when being presented some default suggestions in a dialog form...
Apart form that I always had the impression that Opus could be quite smart

That won't make it even past the sloppiest examiner. You
would have to wrap it up nicely and present it as
something novel, like so ...

Remove attribute from netcdf4 object
Hi Marc
That's a workaround I can use. Thanks. I'm a newbie regarding netCDF data. Is there any information I'm losing when switching between the packages?

Remove attribute from netcdf4 object
Dear Marc
Thanks for your remark. I don't want to use both packages. I mentioned the package RNetCDF to show that there is a similar function I' d like to use.

Big send/receive hangs on 2009.06
So, I was running my full backup last night, backing up my main data
pool zp1, and it seems to have hung.
Any suggestions for additional data gathering?

state: ONLINE
status: The pool is formatted using an older on-disk format. The pool can
still be used, but some features are unavailable.

[PATCH 1/1] core: Check if ldlinux.sys exceeds the limit at its building time.
Peter, does this look OK to you?
Raphael, I can't work out why ADV_SIZE is a constant in this file?

[PATCH v2] core: Check size of ldlinux.sys at building time.
From: Raphael S. Carvalho <raphael.scarv at gmail.com>
v2: Extract ADV_SIZE automatically from libinstaller/setadv.h.
Calc the size of ldlinux.sys from ldlinux.bin, and check if it exceeds the limit.
ldlinux.sys must fit between the bootsector and two copies of ADV whose size may vary.
Thus, the size of ldlinux.sys can be at most: 65536 - 2 * ADV_SIZE - 512 (limit).

[PATCH] chain: Fix chainloading on 6.02
From: Raphael S. Carvalho <raphael.scarv at gmail.com>
My commit 09f4ac33 broke 'com32/lib/syslinux/disk.c'
__lowmem doesn't work for declarations outside the core.
Using __lowmem outside the core wouldn't have the desired effect, then lmalloc
must be used instead to store dapa into the correct section (".lowmem").
