Hi, If this has been answered already please point me to the right place. The thing is I am having problems getting smbclient from samba-2.2.8a package to work properly. I have used Red Hat 9, Suse 8 and Gentoo before migrating to LFS 5.0. In all earlier distributions it worked fine so I think the problem might be LFS specific though my mind refuses to believe this. Running smbclient 2.2.0-alpha2 on Redhat Linux 7.0 I don't have a fully installed samba suite with full setup and really only use smbclient occasionally like an ftp client. I'm able to access a win2k and win98 box that way from my linux workstation. Able to access but not transfer anything to the win98. Although I can transfer files from/to the win2k box. I have just noticed what appears to be a problem with my CentOS 3.7 servers shutting down. I have Netgear FA312 NICs in some of my DELL PowerEdge 700 servers and this particular NIC has WOL ability. Hi, I'm having trouble when I try to contact any of my IAXy boxes connected to a Netgear (DS516 and DS524) hub, but if I connect the IAXy box to another hub or switch (not netgear) or directly to my Asterisk server with a crossover cable it works just fine.
