mongrel + pound + ziya problems
Hi,
i''m using to ziya to display some graph.
If i use it running mongrel as single instance all work good (very slow
but work).
If i try to use it with pound as htto proxy ziya charts wait forever for
data...that never arrive.
If i check the mongrel log it seemes to make queries on the database and
retrieve data,but nothin appera.
Anyone have an idea on how i can solve this problem?

Disposition codes in CDR
Is there any way to have more specific disposition codes in the CDR?
Currently there are only 3 values: ANSWER, NO ANSWER, BUSY.
In this way, when i call a cell phone that is switched off i get "NO
ANSWER", while i would like to be able to log that the call is not
answered because "The customer you have dialed is unavailable at the
moment".
The same for "non

generating a paired t-test with multiple levels of a factor
I have been trying to run this analysis and finally want to ask for help.
I am trying to run a paired t-test in which I have 19 subjects who have
reaction times for 5 different conditions. The data frame has 114 rows
total (6 rows for each subject representing six average reaction times by
condition). Is there a way to run all paired t-tests where a paired t-test

Recent inability to view long filenames stored with scp via samba mount
Greetings Samba team,
It has been a long time since I needed to ask a Samba technical question.
Server and workstation are both running the latest Samba packages via Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I recently applied the security updates... actually that was yesterday I applied them.

My piano does indeed the big phone plugs.
I have some adapter plugs in my junk box that will probably serve to allow me to do the physical

how to create automatically names for vectors in a loop?
Hi,
I want to generate a number of vectors and store them with different names, like this:
x=1
while (x<100)
{
vector#x# = rnorm(100)
x=x+1
}
where each vector has, at its hand, instead of #x# a number which goes from 1 to 99.
How can I do this?
Thanks

question about transpose
Hi all,
if I transpose a matrix with t(data), the newly created colums do not appear to have the first row as header. How can I do to have all the newly created columns have their first row as a header?
Thanks

permutation analysis with randomly chosen subsets of a matrix
Hello,
here is the problem:
I want to demonstrate that, on average, the Pearson's correlations of a specified subset of genes from a huge list (>18,000 columns) are higher than any randomly chosen subset of that list. I would therefore like to do a number of tests between that specified subset and randomly chosen ones from the "mother" list.
How could I do that? What would be

cell-based high-throughput chemical compound screens package?
Hi
I'm looking for a package to perform quality control, normalization and analysis of high throughput cell-base chemical screens. I know that the cellHTS2 package provides this for siRNA screens.
Does anybody know if something like what I'm looking for exists?
Thank you!
